Although Rice on the Rocks has only
been a chapter of the TLCA since 1998 most of our members have been wheeling together long
before that. With a desire to obtain and share knowledge of safe, and responsible use of
all lands both public and private. Based in Cincinnati Ohio we welcome active 4 wheelers
from surrounding areas to join us at club rides or other events. |
